At GreenNest Nursery, we aim to make every purchase a joyful experience. Since we sell live plants, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring proper plant handling.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for plants and within 7 days for non-plant products.

  • Plants must be returned in their original packaging, and reported immediately upon receipt if damaged.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Healthy plants that have been unboxed, planted, or altered after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after receipt


3. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy:

  • Contact info@greennestnursery.store within 24–48 hours

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the plant and packaging

  • Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

  • EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Refund within 5–7 working days.

  • COD Orders: Refund issued via EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

  • Refunds are made to the original payer only.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the damage is caused during shipping, GreenNest covers the cost.

  • If returned for personal reasons, the customer covers the shipping cost.


6. Exchanges

  • Plant exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the same plant isn’t available, we offer an alternative or a refund.


7. Inspection & Approval

Returned products are inspected to ensure they meet return criteria. Refunds or replacements are processed after verification.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed for live plants.


9. Policy Updates

This policy may be revised periodically to ensure transparency and fairness.
