1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for plants and within 7 days for non-plant products.

Plants must be returned in their original packaging, and reported immediately upon receipt if damaged.

A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Healthy plants that have been unboxed, planted, or altered after delivery

Clearance or discounted items

Products damaged due to mishandling after receipt
3. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy:

Provide clear photos or videos of the plant and packaging

Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process

EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Refund within 5β7 working days.

COD Orders: Refund issued via EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

Refunds are made to the original payer only.
5. Return Shipping

If the damage is caused during shipping, GreenNest covers the cost.

If returned for personal reasons, the customer covers the shipping cost.
6. Exchanges

Plant exchanges are subject to availability.
